Work Details
Sourcewell is seeking proposals for two main categories: IT Managed Workforce Solutions and IT Staff Augmentation Services. Proposers may submit solutions for one or both categories. Specific requirements include:

1. IT Managed Workforce Solutions:
- Coordination and oversight of multiple staffing suppliers to meet IT talent needs.
- Management of supplier performance, compliance, and contractual obligations.
- Administration of workforce processes and support for strategic IT workforce planning.
- Providing tools and resources to manage statement of work (SOW) engagements with staffing suppliers.

2. IT Staff Augmentation Services:
- Delivery of temporary, project-based, long-term staff augmentation or direct-hire IT professionals across a full range of IT roles.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of four years with the possibility of up to three one-year extensions based on mutual agreement.
