Background
The State of Alaska, through the Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, is seeking bids for the procurement of 21,000 Gallon Wheeled FRAC Storage Tanks. This initiative is part of the State Equipment Fleet's mission to maintain and enhance operational capabilities at state facilities, particularly at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.

Work Details
The contract involves a one-time purchase of two (2) 21,000 Gallon Wheeled FRAC Storage Tanks. The tanks must be constructed from flat top carbon steel with a coated interior suitable for storing deicing liquid. Key specifications include:

- Four 22-inch side manways for maintenance access
- A 4-inch fill line
- 4-inch butterfly wafer valves with threaded flanges at both ends
- Permanently attached axles for maneuverability
- Air-brakes
- A safety staircase for worker protection
- An epoxy coating for chemical resistance.

The tanks should be delivered in either white or grey color.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the tanks is required within a maximum of 180 days after receipt of order (ARO).

Place of Performance
The tanks will be delivered to the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport in Anchorage, Alaska.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must hold a valid Alaska business license at the time designated for bid opening. They are required to submit evidence of their business license along with their bid. Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state regulations and provide proof of insurance covering workers' compensation and general liability. Bidders are encouraged to qualify for preferences such as Alaska Bidder Preference or Alaska Veteran Preference by meeting specific criteria outlined in the solicitation.
