Work Requested:
The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) and its enterprise entity, the Juneau International Airport (JNU), are seeking proposals from highly qualified firms to manage and operate a comprehensive commercial advertising concession at the airport. The selected firm will be responsible for the full management and operation of advertising services within JNU.
Who is Requesting:
This solicitation is issued by the City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) and its enterprise entity, the Juneau International Airport (JNU).
Background:
The intent of this solicitation is to engage a capable firm to oversee and execute a robust advertising concession program at Juneau International Airport, ensuring effective commercial advertising management within the facility.
Contract Requirements:
- All questions, requests for interpretation, and communications regarding this solicitation must be directed to the CBJ Purchasing Division of Finance, which is the sole point of contact.
- No oral interpretations will be made.
- Any requests for interpretation must be submitted in writing, referencing the issuing buyer, solicitation number, and title, via email to purchasing@juneau.gov or through the Ask Questions link on Public Purchase CBJ's eProcurement platform.
- Requests for interpretation must be received at least seven (7) business days before the solicitation deadline.
- Any changes to CBJ-issued documents will be made through addenda, which will be issued promptly to all plan holders and will become part of the solicitation.

- Late responses will not be accepted.
- Timely responses must be submitted electronically via Public Purchase CBJ's eProcurement Provider.
- To submit a response, firms must complete a free online registration, which is a two-step process (account set-up and verification) that may take up to 24 hours.
- It is recommended to register early.

- Registered consultants may submit their response by completing online acknowledgements of the following:
• Terms & Conditions (ATTACHMENT A)
• Insurance Requirements (ATTACHMENT B)

• ACDBE Annual Concessions Report of ACDBE Form
