IFQ: 25-25-3-010 Nondalton Airport Maintenance

Background
The State of Alaska, through the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), is seeking quotes for the maintenance of Nondalton Airport under Project Number 25-25-3-010. The goal of this contract is to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of the airport facilities, which includes routine summer and winter maintenance, as well as preventative maintenance on equipment owned by the Alaska DOT&PF. This contract may be renewed for up to five additional one-year periods.

Work Details
The contractor will furnish all labor, tools, and local supervision necessary to perform routine maintenance on the airport facility. This includes:
- Routine summer and winter maintenance of airport facilities.
- Preventative maintenance on Alaska DOT&PF owned maintenance equipment.
- Maintenance of building structures and roadways located on airport property unless otherwise designated.
The work must comply with current revisions of the Standard Specifications for Airport Construction and Contract Technical Specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract is set to begin on July 1, 2021, and will conclude on June 30, 2022. The completion date for this work is June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
Nondalton Airport, Alaska.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a valid Alaska business license at the time of quote opening. They are required to submit evidence of their valid Alaska Business License along with their quotes. Additionally, bidders must comply with specific insurance requirements including Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile Liability insurance. No bid bond or performance bond is required unless the project exceeds $100,000.
