7-Mile Shop Heavy Equipment Storage Shed

The work required for this contract involves pouring concrete footers, setting containers, fabricating a steel structure for truss support, procuring trusses, constructing roofs, and installing outlets and lights that will branch from the existing panel at the CBJ Consolidated Public Works Center. Site grading for the project will be completed separately by the City & Borough of Juneau. This solicitation is being issued by the City & Borough of Juneau. The contract is for the construction of a heavy equipment storage shed at the 7-Mile Shop, with all work to be performed at the CBJ Consolidated Public Works Center. Contract requirements include the completion of all specified construction and installation tasks, with the exception of site grading, which will be handled by the City & Borough of Juneau.
