South Carolina Department Of Education has received a grant to provide supportive services to disadvantaged college students. The program aims to enhance their potential for successfully completing postsecondary education programs and to increase their transfer rates from 2-year to 4-year institutions. Additionally, the grant supports fostering an institutional climate that is conducive to the success of disadvantaged college students.
