Zyris Inc. of Goleta, California, has been added to a Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support multiple-award contract to supply dental consumables through the agency’s Electronic Catalog, or ECAT. The company’s award has a potential value of up to $15 million, with an ordering period ending Nov. 3, 2031. Performance will take place in California. The contract serves the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies.

ECAT Dental Details

Zyris will provide dental consumable items for ordering through DLA’s ECAT system. The award is an indefinite-delivery contract, allowing eligible customers to place orders for supplies as needed during the five-year ordering period rather than purchasing the full contract ceiling at once. Its pricing is fixed with an economic-price-adjustment provision.

ECAT is a purchasing channel through which Defense Department and other federal customers can browse and compare products from multiple suppliers before placing orders. DLA’s ECAT guide describes an ordering process that connects product selection with approval, delivery and payment. Dental supplies are among the catalog’s medical categories; DLA’s medical supply guide identifies military treatment facilities and field or deployable units among the settings served by Troop Support Medical.

Award and Contractor Background

DLA reported 24 offers for the competitive acquisition associated with Zyris’s award. The agency’s Feb. 12, 2026, contract announcement described the multiple-award dental procurement and said additional awards were expected. Zyris’s addition is one of those subsequent awards; the $15 million figure is a contract ceiling, not an amount already ordered.

Other awards from the same dental procurement include a $48 million award to Atlantic Diving Supply with ordering through July 2031, a $42 million award to Peter Brasseler Holdings with ordering through September 2031, and a $49.5 million award to Dentsply North America with ordering through September 2031. DLA also used multiple awards in an earlier ECAT dental procurement cycle, including $48 million for Dentsply in 2021 and $45 million for Hu-Friedy that year.

This award was disclosed by the DoW in its daily press release. Additional contract details will be available on HigherGov in approximately 90 days under SPE2DF27D0002 after the contract is formally disclosed by the government.
