SupplyCore Inc. of Rockford, Illinois, has received a Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support contract worth up to $80 million to supply facilities maintenance, repair and operations materials to military customers in the North Central region. The firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery contract is a 212-day bridge, with ordering scheduled to end June 2, 2027. It covers customers in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard across 12 states.
North Central Region MRO Contract Details
SupplyCore will furnish materials that military installations use for upkeep and repair. A DLA justification for an earlier North Central bridge describes the regional requirement as covering heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment; plumbing and electrical supplies; tools; chemicals and lubricants; and construction materials. It also includes perimeter-security products, communication devices used by maintenance personnel and incidental services.
The award covers Nebraska, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, Missouri, Kentucky, North Dakota and Michigan. Rather than funding a single construction project, the contract allows DLA to place orders for varied installation needs. DLA’s MRO customer guidance describes the broader program as a supply channel for facilities maintenance, public works, civil engineering, family housing and base-supply customers.
Award and Contractor Background
DLA made the award to SupplyCore on a sole-source basis. The agency’s North Central bridge justification listing and supporting document describe a series of short-term contracts intended to maintain supply while DLA works toward a competitively awarded follow-on contract. That document addressed a planned bridge for April through November 2026; the newly announced award has a later ordering end date of June 2, 2027.
SupplyCore has held the regional requirement since a five-year contract took effect in March 2015. According to the justification, that contract reached its ceiling early, as did the first bridge awarded in 2018. DLA subsequently awarded further bridges, including a $90 million contract announced in June 2025 with an ordering period ending April 2, 2026. The latest $80 million ceiling is the maximum value of orders DLA can place under the new bridge, not an amount already spent. SupplyCore’s HigherGov awardee profile lists its broader federal contracting activity.
