SupplyCore Inc. of Rockford, Illinois, has received a sole-source Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support contract worth up to $60 million to provide facilities maintenance, repair and operations supplies. The firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery contract supports Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard customers, with performance in Washington, Idaho, Wyoming and California. The 212-day bridge contract has an ordering period ending June 2, 2027.

Facilities Maintenance, Repair and Operations Details

SupplyCore will furnish MRO materials as customers place orders under the contract. The award covers supplies used to maintain and repair facilities, rather than a single construction project. DLA’s MRO program description identifies products such as HVAC and plumbing supplies, electrical materials, lighting, tools, hardware and lumber among the items available through the program.

The program serves facilities maintenance, public works, civil engineering, family housing and base-supply customers. For this award, SupplyCore’s ordering coverage spans four states and five military services, allowing those customers to obtain materials for their facilities work during the bridge period.

Award and Contractor Background

DLA awarded the contract to SupplyCore without competition. The agency has also used regional bridge contracts for similar supplies: in December 2025, it gave SupplyCore a California MRO bridge contract worth up to $75 million, with an ordering period ending June 2, 2026.

Elsewhere in the MRO program, a DLA justification for a North Central Region bridge traces SupplyCore’s regional work to a five-year contract that began in 2015 and says the agency subsequently planned a tenth bridge to maintain supplies while pursuing a competitive follow-on contract. That documented history illustrates DLA’s use of successive short-term awards in another MRO region.

This award was disclosed by the DoW in its daily press release. Additional contract details will be available on HigherGov in approximately 90 days under SPE8E327D0001 after the contract is formally disclosed by the government.
