Stilman Wins $99 Million Army Commercial Technology Contract

Stilman Advanced Strategies LLC of Denver has won an Army contract worth up to $99 million to provide commercial technology offerings. The firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery contract allows the Army to place orders for work through an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2031. Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, will determine work locations and funding with each order.

Commercial Technology Offerings Details

Stilman will provide commercial technology offerings under individual Army orders. The award establishes an ordering vehicle rather than a purchase of a single named system; the work performed and its location will depend on the orders the Army places.

The vehicle covers potential purchases over five years, but its $99 million ceiling does not represent an immediate purchase of that amount. Individual orders will determine the technology acquired and the scale of each requirement.

Award and Contractor Background

The Army solicited bids online and received nine. Stilman has other defense software work, including a separate Army Futures Command contract for advanced-technology modeling and simulation solutions valued at up to $5 million, with a potential performance end date in August 2026.

In 2022, the Missile Defense Agency awarded Stilman a $1.8 million research contract for an AI-based battle-management aid designed to help allocate sensors and weapons in integrated air and missile defense. That project and the Army Futures Command work document parts of Stilman’s software portfolio; the new award notice describes the broader commercial-technology vehicle without tying it to either project.
