NCS Technologies Awarded $25.6 Million Marine Corps Laptop Refresh Contract

The Marine Corps Systems Command has awarded a $25.6 million contract for Phase Three of its enterprise-wide general purpose laptops (GPLs) with docking stations refresh to NCS Technologies of Manassas, Virginia. The firm-fixed-price delivery order was issued under the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract, with all options exercised at the time of award. The laptops will be delivered to Norfolk, Virginia, under a 100% small business set-aside.
Work to be Completed Under General Purpose Laptops Refresh Contract
The contract calls for the delivery of 37,754 general purpose laptops (GPLs) and accompanying docking stations as part of the Marine Corps’ ongoing technology refresh initiative. The equipment will be staged and delivered to Enterprise Staging and Delivery in Norfolk, Virginia, with completion expected by June 30, 2026.
This award is part of a broader effort by the Marine Corps to ensure its personnel have access to modern, reliable computing equipment capable of supporting mission-critical tasks. The laptops and docking stations are intended to replace aging hardware across the enterprise, enhancing productivity and interoperability throughout the service.
The procurement leverages NCS Technologies' NASA SEWP V contract vehicle (see contract details), which is designed to provide federal agencies with access to high-end technical solutions, including standardized yet customizable computer systems and peripherals. NCS Technologies has ben awarded a variety of large-scale IT acquisitions across government agencies with SEWP V, including several major laptop and desktop refresh projects:

- $33 million Laptop B (FTE)
- $26 million HP GSS V4 laptops and peripherals
- $25 million HP computers and mobile printers for COVID-19 support
The contract was competitively procured as a total small business set-aside via the NASA SEWP website.
NCS Technologies Awardee Details
NCS Technologies, headquartered in Manassas, Virginia, specializes in providing computing solutions to government agencies. The company has previously worked with the Marine Corps Systems Command on similar technology refresh projects. Notably, NCS Technologies was awarded a $31.8 million contract for general purpose laptops with docking stations in February 2025 (see prior award).
NCS Technologies’ experience delivering IT hardware under government-wide acquisition contracts positions it well to meet the Marine Corps’ requirements for timely delivery and integration of new computing equipment across its enterprise locations.
