ACC Aberdeen Proving Ground announced it has awarded Leidos a $631 million 10-year contract for Development, Integration, Acquisition, and Bridging to Logistics & Operations (DIABLO). The award notice is available here: W56KGY24D0001.

Under the DIABLO contract, Leidos will develop, acquire, field, and provide life-cycle support to tactically relevant Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) sensors and integrated systems. These systems span a broad spectrum of Multiple Intelligence (MULTI-INT) capabilities. This includes Electro-Optical/Infra-Red (EO/IR), Synthetic Aperture Radar/Ground Moving Target Indicators (SAR/GMTI), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), and Air Launched Effects (ALE) Electronic Warfare & Cyber Effects.

The contract's scope also encompasses operations, sustainment, and depot repair activities. Per the Aberdeen Proving Ground, this comprehensive approach ensures the Army Project Director Sensors-Aerial Intelligence (PD SAI) portfolio remains agile and adaptable, effectively supporting the Army's modernization goals.

This contract will materially expand Leidos' presence with ACC Aberdeen Proving Ground, following approximately $261 million in disclosed prime awards in 2023.

The performance work statement for the DIABLO contract was not publicly released, but additional details are available in the solicitation documents. Additional contract details will be available on HigherGov within 90 days once the contract is formally disclosed by the government.
