Kaizen Laboratories Inc. of New York has won an Army contract worth up to $43 million to provide a modular government application platform. The firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award calls for a shared software foundation for initial and follow-on applications. Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, made the award, which has an estimated completion date of Sept. 29, 2031.

Modular Government Application Platform Details

Kaizen will establish a common software foundation that can support more than one government application. The award description identifies the platform as the basis for both initial applications and applications added later.

The Army will determine work locations and funding as it places orders under the contract. Those orders will define where the platform work is performed during the contract’s performance period.

Award and Contractor Background

The Army received one bid after soliciting bids online. Kaizen Laboratories also holds a separate Army award for a unified counter-drone marketplace worth up to $15 million, with a potential performance end in May 2027.

This award was disclosed by the DoW in its daily press release. Additional contract details will be available on HigherGov in approximately 90 days under W9128Z26DA024 after the contract is formally disclosed by the government.
