ITA International Wins $200 Million Army Technology-Enabled Services Contract

ITA International LLC of Newport News, Virginia, has been awarded an Army contract worth up to $200 million for technology-enabled professional services. The firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract allows the Army to place orders for work through an estimated completion date of Sept. 29, 2031. The Army Field Directorate Office at Fort Eustis, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

Technology-Enabled Professional Services Details

ITA will provide services through individual orders under the contract. The Army will determine work locations and funding for each order, rather than assigning the full contract ceiling to one work package at award.

The award notice describes the requirement as technology-enabled professional services but does not identify a particular system or program. The work to be performed under the contract will therefore depend on the orders the Army places.

The Army solicited one bid and received one. It obligated $1 million at award, a portion of the contract’s $200 million potential value.
