Immersive Wisdom Wins Up to $99 Million Army Commercial Technology Contract

Immersive Wisdom of Boca Raton, Florida, has won a U.S. Army contract worth up to $99 million for commercial technology offerings. The firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award allows the Army to place orders for work through an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2031. Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, made the award.

Commercial Technology Offerings Details

Immersive Wisdom develops software that lets personnel in different locations work together around shared applications and data. The company describes its platform as usable on standard computers and designed for limited-bandwidth or disconnected environments. The Army’s award covers commercial technology offerings; individual orders will establish the work to be performed, its location and its funding.

Earlier federal work shows the kinds of capabilities the company has developed. A 2019 Air Force project concerned a real-time geospatial collaboration platform for targeting, mission planning and analysis. A later Air Force effort addressed deployment of a remote 3D virtual operations center across Air Force customers. The Army award notice does not assign a particular deployment or delivery milestone to the new contract.

Award and Contractor Background

The Army solicited bids online and received nine. The $99 million figure is the contract’s maximum potential value; spending and performance locations will be determined by orders. Immersive Wisdom’s federal award history includes several related Air Force efforts.

The company’s 2019 Air Force award was valued at about $1.9 million and ran through August 2021. Its subsequent virtual-operations-center award was valued at $2.15 million and ran from August 2022 through October 2023. A later federal small-business innovation award lists about $4.3 million for collaboration-software work performed from November 2024 through October 2025.

More recently, Air Force organizations placed orders under a separate requirements contract extending work previously completed under Project Vanguard. HigherGov lists an order for Pacific Air Forces with a potential value of about $1.6 million and an Air Combat Command order with a potential value of about $2 million; their potential performance end dates fall in August and September 2026, respectively.
