Geneva Technologies Wins $33 Million South Korea Antenna Project Contract

Geneva Technologies Inc. of Monument, Colorado, has received a $33.4 million firm-fixed-price Small Business Innovation Research Phase III contract from Space Systems Command for the South Korea Antenna Project. The company will provide the government with a commercial satellite ground-station service, with work performed in Monument and completion expected by Sept. 30, 2031. The command made the award as a sole-source acquisition and obligated $15 million at award.

South Korea Antenna Project Details

The contract buys a ground-station service rather than a satellite or an antenna-manufacturing project. Geneva will provide that service to the government over a performance period extending to September 2031. The award notice does not identify the satellite mission or describe the service’s technical functions, so the notice does not establish whether it includes antenna access, data reception, spacecraft communications or other support.

Although the project name refers to South Korea, the award notice lists Monument, Colorado, as the place of performance. The notice does not identify a South Korean facility or establish where the ground-station capability will be located.

Award and Contractor Background

The sole-source award follows a closely titled South Korea Antenna Study awarded to Geneva for $396,764 on Jan. 23, 2026. That study ran from January through May 2026. The new award is substantially larger and purchases a multiyear commercial service, while the earlier award was for a short-duration study.

Geneva also held a $106,612 dedicated antenna solution study scheduled to end in September 2025. Its stated work covered infrastructure, networks, hardware, software and security management for a solution intended to meet government mission requirements and support the U.S. Space Force Joint Antenna Marketplace. The available award information does not establish that either study was a formal predecessor to the new service contract.
