Exiger Government Solutions of McLean, Virginia, has won a $12.7 million firm-fixed-price Army contract for a 1Exiger software subscription to support supply-chain risk analysis. The software will give Army acquisition personnel tools to examine suppliers and parts, monitor disruptions and assess risks across programs. Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, awarded the contract; work will be performed in McLean and is expected to be completed by Sept. 29, 2027.
1Exiger Subscription Details
Under the Army’s brand-name procurement justification, 1Exiger will ingest bills of materials, national stock numbers, part numbers and technical data packages, then turn those records into supplier maps, risk scores and dashboards. The subscription is intended to show dependencies down to lower-tier vendors and identify critical raw materials.
The software will monitor parts, suppliers and programs for events such as material disruptions and supplier instability. It will combine financial, cybersecurity, operational and geopolitical information for risk analysis and provide alerts, reporting and workflow tools. The justification also calls for integration with the Army’s WS360 Platform and Vantage, with analysis available to acquisition offices from research and development through sustainment.
The Army’s estimated license quantities include 800 due-diligence subscriptions, 600 software supply-chain-risk subscriptions and 1,920 SCRM Manager subscriptions, alongside Supply Chain Explorer and Supply Chain Illumination capabilities. The procurement listing describes the subscription as a way to improve visibility into suppliers and automate supply-chain alerts.
Award and Contractor Background
The Army solicited bids online and received one. Its procurement justification sought the Exiger brand after market research concluded that alternatives did not provide the same combination of modular, large-scale coverage and software-component analysis. The document describes the purchase as a new procurement.
A related Army contract for a 1Exiger subscription supporting Army Materiel Command’s supply-chain orchestration and monitoring had a potential value of $10.5 million and a performance end date in September 2026. That work addresses the same broad supply-chain visibility needs as the newly awarded subscription.
