Everfox of Herndon, Virginia, has won an Army contract worth up to $90 million for brand-name software subscriptions, hardware and high-assurance engineering support. The firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract gives the Army a way to place orders for those products and services as needs arise. Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, made the award, with estimated completion by Sept. 29, 2031.

Everfox High-Assurance Software and Hardware Details

Everfox will furnish subscriptions, equipment and engineering support under individual Army orders. The award does not assign the work to a single installation or system; performance locations and funding will be set with each order.

The purchases sit alongside the Army’s broader work on moving information securely between networks with different security classifications. In a 2025 experiment, Army teams reported routing electronic-warfare and signals-intelligence sensor data through approved tactical cross-domain systems into the MAVEN Smart System. That Army account of the experiment illustrates an operational use for high-assurance technology, though the award notice does not identify that effort as work under the Everfox contract.

Award and Contractor Background

The Army solicited one bid and received one. Earlier Army procurement planning documents listed a planned 2025 purchase of 10 Everfox High Speed Guard/High Threat Network hardware units at $30,500 per unit. The exhibit listed a May 2025 award date and September 2025 first-delivery date as planning milestones, providing context for the Army’s related hardware requirements.

This award was disclosed by the DoW in its daily press release. Additional contract details will be available on HigherGov in approximately 90 days under W9128Z26DA026 after the contract is formally disclosed by the government.
