Air Space Intelligence Wins $99 Million Army Commercial Technology Contract

Air Space Intelligence of Boston has won a U.S. Army contract worth up to $99 million to provide commercial technology offerings. The firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract was awarded by Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and has an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2031.

Commercial Technology Contract Details

Air Space Intelligence will provide commercial technology through orders placed under the contract. The award establishes a ceiling for those orders rather than a single purchase of a named product. The Army will determine work locations and funding as each order is placed.

The award notice describes the scope broadly as commercial technology offerings. It does not assign the contract to a particular Army system or identify product-level deliverables, so the orders will provide the more specific account of what the company supplies.

Award and Contractor Background

The Army solicited bids online and received nine. Air Space Intelligence’s award runs through an estimated completion date in September 2031.

The company also holds a Federal Aviation Administration contract worth up to $876 million to provide flow-management data and services for the National Airspace System, with a potential performance end in June 2038. In military aviation, its $5 million Air Mobility Command award covers a commercial license to use and customize its cloud-hosted Flyways AI platform for the 618th Air Operations Center and selected headquarters personnel.
