The Marine Corps Installations Command Headquarters announced it has awarded a contract for professional services support to the Marine Corps Logistics Plans, Policies, and Strategic Mobility Division and its subordinate elements to Anglicotech, Cana, IT Partners, KSA Integration, SteerBridge Strategies, Targeted Approach, and Unico Government Solutions. The multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract has a combined estimated value of $96 million over seven years. Work will be performed primarily in the National Capital Region at government and contractor facilities. The contract was competitively procured with 19 proposals received.

Work to be Completed Under Professional Services Support Contract

The scope of this hybrid firm-fixed-price and cost IDIQ contract encompasses a broad range of professional services in support of the Marine Corps Logistics Plans, Policies, and Strategic Mobility Division. The division is responsible for developing logistics strategies, policies, and plans that ensure the Marine Corps’ operational readiness and global mobility.

Under this contract, awardees will provide expertise in areas such as logistics planning, policy development, strategic mobility analysis, and program management. These services are critical for supporting the division’s mission to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Marine Corps logistics operations worldwide.

Work will be performed at both government facilities—primarily within the National Capital Region—and at contractor sites as required by specific task orders. The contract structure allows for flexibility in assigning work based on evolving mission requirements over the seven-year period ending March 8, 2031.

Initial funding of $35,000 ($5,000 per awardee) is obligated at the time of award. Additional funding will be allocated as individual task orders are issued throughout the life of the contract.

This contract supports ongoing efforts to modernize Marine Corps logistics capabilities and aligns with broader Department of Defense initiatives aimed at improving supply chain resilience, operational agility, and support to deployed forces.

This award was disclosed by the DoW in its daily press release. Additional contract details will be available on HigherGov once disclosed by the government in approximately 90 days under after the contract is formally disclosed by the government.
