1. Provide OCIO management with dashboard for reporting production systems availability, SLAs, down time, key performance indicators. This will provide increased visibility on organizational goals, initiatives, and tasks.
2. Improve cost estimating/budget formulation methods.
3. Improve employee onboarding and separation processes.
4. Consolidate administrative DBs that support critical OCIO functions of hiring and staffing, budget execution, cost accounting, and budget formulation into a single secured DB.
5. Enhance OCIO IT vendor management operations via the automated gathering/ reporting of data to track the progress/ performance of USPTO IT portfolios, programs, projects throughout acquisition cycle.
