USNCB IT Modernization FLEURI Case Management System

FLEURI, an acronym for Fast, Logical, Easy, User-friendly, Reliable and Intuitive, will replace the current INTERPOL Case Management System, which is over ten years old and reached its end-of-life in July 2021. The system is integral to the USNCB mission: To share criminal justice, public safety, and humanitarian information between our nations law enforcement community and its foreign counterparts, and support investigative efforts, including evidential data, to enhance the safety and security of our nation. The incumbent solution does not support fundamental user needs and requires numerous manual processes and workarounds. Its customizations and functions create cybersecurity risk because they are undocumented and are incompatible with new security tools, making it vulnerable to cyber-attacks. In short, USNCB can no longer update the current tool and needs to design and deploy a new solution. USNCB anticipates improving its data sharing and analytics capabilities.
