Description
IT staff and contractors supporting end users in all USMS HQ and district offices including help-desk services, end-user equipment, end-user software, and the National Copier Program. In FY19, the USMS awarded a new IT Managed Services Contract that contained services previously mapped to other investments (Network, Data Center, Applications, etc.). In FY20, these services were consolidated into the Help Desk/Desktop Support investment; however, the IT Towers have been updated to reflect the appropriate work category.
