Infrastructure-Information Technology Field Services (I-ITFS) provides Enterprise Service Desk support to over 24,000 federal and contractor staff and is responsible for providing continuity of technical services for all offices, programs, and projects enterprise-wide. I-ITFS works in partnership with USCIS customers to enable reliable, effective, secure and flexible end user technical support along with the necessary computer equipment, peripherals, and network access essential to achieving their mission. Having the necessary IT infrastructure and its related capabilities provides tolls necessary for USCIS employees to perform their work, creating a more efficient environment to enhance the immigration application process, while allowing USCIS to support the public by efficiently and fairly adjudicating requests for immigration benefits while protecting Americans, securing the homeland, and honoring our values.
