(U//FOUO) This investment portfolio provides Intelligence and Information Sharing (IIS) capabilities to support Coast Guard Intelligence Operations. This investment delivers capabilities which enable intelligence operations and activities that provide timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence to shape operations planning, and decision making; and enable an information sharing environment to deliver actionable information in a usable format. The three programs in this portfolio are the Coast Guard Intelligence Support System (CGISS), Intel Tactical Systems, and Intel Information Management that collectively support intelligence operations.
