Financial Analysis Systems & Tools (FAST) is a collection of Web Based applications that perform the C5I budget execution process, budget modeling, cost analytics and real-time expenditure tracking for CG-8 and various CG stakeholders. Each Web application has a distinct function in delivering funds request/distribution, cost analytics and expenditure tracking throughout USCG commands both domestic and international. The value to the public is the USCG can be seen as solid financial stewards of taxpayer dollars. In the last year, the plan has shifted to do a tech refresh on the system. It's expected that this tech refresh will lower the sustainment costs of the system from $2.001M to $1.6M in BY23.
