It includes the planning, budgeting and spend management of IT expenditures. This is of important value to the public due to the enablement of responsible, efficient and transparent planning and communication to the citizens TSA serves. This will enable TSA to carry out more efficiently its mission of protecting the Nation s transportation system to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce. .
