As part of the on-going USDA OCIO-led IT consolidation and modernization efforts, FSIS was directed to move the AskFSIS application from the Agency-hosted Oracle platform to the USDA-hosted Salesforce platform. AskFSIS migration support, and on-going support will be provided by a vendor contracted with the USDA Office of Communications (OCX).
