Investment Detail
For FYThe qualitative ROI for the RDES investment is to achieve improved RD business and program management through more efficient and effective provision and use of technology.
The quantitative ROI will be identified through the development of performance measures that identify the investments effectiveness in providing faster and more efficient implementation of new or updated technologies as required by RD business and program management, or as legislatively mandated. The quantitative RDES investment ROI will be measured based on the investment's systems meeting the defined performance targets for their projects and operations and maintenance activities, and the ability of RDTO to manage the investment by meeting management implementation and quality goals. The common measures include uptime/availability, and schedule and cost performance metrics. (Last update/review 08/02/2022)
