The BSS investment is currently comprised of various systems and applications supporting an array of RD's business support services and activities. RD's BSS investment is comprised of systems and applications that include the following business mission support areas: Acquisition Tracking System (ATS), Credit Reform Data Store, Human Resource Recruiting Tracker, and Employee Engagement.
The qualitative ROI is achieved through the improvement of the business mission areas operational services, employee and customer-end experience satisfaction, and the successful management and modernization of the BSS systems and applications.
BSS investment quantitative ROI life cycle management, performance, and successful operations and maintenance is dependent on the effective planning and availability of annual Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Development, Modernization, and Enhancement (DME) funding. The future success of the BSS investment is dependent on the successful transformation and modernization of the following RD IT systems, applications, and business support tools:
