Description
OCIO IT Hosting Services provides internal on-premises and cloud hosting support for inter-/intra-agency systems/data owners, based upon signed cost proposals, service level agreements, and inter agency agreements. This activity covers four main areas of support: Data Center Operations, System Administration, Database, Storage, Data Backup and Web Services.
Data Center Services include the various facility services that provide an environment for housing compute, storage, network and other technology equipment. Compute Services include all the physical and virtual computing services that run business applications, software tools, and system services. Storage services include various offerings for persisting information, data, files, and other object types.
