Government Retirement and Benefits System (GRB) is the Human Resources Operations Center (HROC) Benefits & Retirements Branch Workload Request, Assignment and Tracking system. GRB is used at 21 Servicing Human Resources Offices (SHROs) nationwide to enable benefits specialists to calculate retirement benefits, estimates and service history calculations for all NPS employees.
