This investment covers NCI budget tracking and reporting systems. This includes the FFRDC Invoice System - an electronic system to track invoice receipt and payment and to provide real time budget data; Beacon- a consolidated cloud-based application coupling the position tracking and management capabilities of EDie with the budget and expenditure tracking and reporting capabilities of SOFie. These are integrated and overlayered with an advanced reporting and dashboarding function; and the Ecosys EPC - a hosted COTS solution configured to support Financial Management for CBIIT.
