Investment Detail
Investment includes five solutions. EQS is hosted on Salesforce which benefits from a shared platform (Salesforce) that support emergency response task forces. GIS Cloud (ESRI cloud suite) and OneSpan (electronic/digital signature) are integrated into multiple APHIS IT systems that are critical to APHIS field operations. SpringCM is the document management solution for Salesforce apps. ServiceNow is supports MRP end user support and is a no-cost help desk solution for numerous MRP IT applications. Most investment costs are limited to renewal of annual licenses for the cloud-based SaaS. Failure to maintain the licenses due to selection of a different solution based on price alone would require extensive DME work to most APHIS IT applications.
