Description
This is the follow contract for Debt Collection IT system support for the debt collection activities of DOJ including JMD Dept Collection and EOUSA offices and litigating divisions. 2023 Goals include: 1) Increase Agency Referrals by opening CDCS to external users (Agencies) through the Cloud Infrastructure, 2) Elimination of Oracle backend and moving all of CDCS to the AWS Cloud by end of FY24, 3) Migration to new Analytics tool MSTR by end of FY23.
