Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) [DHS]

This investment captures the OCIO salaries and expenses that are not directly related to any other functional IT investment. This includes the OCIO front office, IT Planning, IT Resource Management, and other senior management. OCIO Management funding levels are currently greatly inflated in FY19-21 because the ICE EO IT funding projections have been placed into the investment until Congress passes a budget to execute the hiring linked with executive order. Since ICE continually formulates the projections, but it has not yet made it into an appropriated budget, ICE OCIO has placed the funding into the IT Management investment until it is actually appropriated. There are no contracts or systems in OCIO Management.
