Description
The investment is comprised of the ICE Enterprise Operations services and IT Field Operations O&M activities of the ICE Office of the Chief Information Officer. The program consists of the service desk, email services, software licensing, workstation deployment, desk-side field support, and the infrastructure monitoring and support. This investment represents a significant benefit to the public because it is the foundational support for the IT equipment used by all ICE mission support staff and frontline operators. This investment provides the resources necessary to provide the day-to-day IT services to all ICE employees and is generally one of the foremost interactions ICE employees have with IT.
