FWS End User Standard investment for the provisioning of an enterprise-wide end user capability. Since 2010 and prior, FWS has been investing to maximize the efficiency of our End User support capability. This investment includes client computing devices, software and connectivity to enable workforce to access business applications, communicate with other employees, partners and customers, and create content using productivity software. This investment supports all employees of Fish and Wildlife Service as well as other DOI bureaus and partners. As we are able to invest in our End User support, the employees are able to better support the mission of the Service and provide improved services to the Public. The Investment Management Branch will manage this investment. This investment was initiated/created during the FY2019 TBM phases implementation plan from DOI/OMB.
