FWS Application Standard investment for the provisioning of an enterprise-wide shared application capability, including enterprise application development, support & operations, and business software. Application resources shared across the enterprise are included (e.g., shared testing personnel, integrated development environments). Application resources specific to program IT investments (e.g., dedicated analysts and programmers) are not included. This investment also includes software development work when it is provided as an intra- and/or inter-Agency service. Geospatial services are not part of this investment and are being captured under the new FWS Enterprise Geospatial investment. This investment was initiated/created during FY2019 TBM phased implementation plan from DOI/OMB.
