EO 13423 and 13693 require that agencies improve energy efficiency, reduce natural resource consumption and decrease waste production to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve environmental performance In response to these Executive Orders and other Federal guidance, I&I has purchased a Real Property Management application to manage real property assets and facilitate the management and operations of those assets. The FEMA Real Property Asset Management System (RPMS) is currently being replaced with the TRIRIGA Real Estate Management System (TREMS) in a phased approach. TREMS is an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) that supports organizations with complex real estate portfolios by streamlining and automating operational processes.
