Description
The purpose of the Individual Assistance Contact Center Support (IACCS) is to (1) enable communication with disaster survivors through voice, web, email, messaging, mail, or other methods, (2) to provided accurate, timely, and consistent information regarding available disaster assistance resources, processes, and procedures, (3) refer disaster survivors to Other Federal Agencies, (4) process disaster survivors requests for assistance, (5) determine individual assistance eligibility, and (6) provide transparency and visibility into the disaster assistance processing procedures relaying the status of assistance and providing post-registration customer service.
