The Organizational Operations investment provides CTP with the ability to manage, coordinate, facilitate, and maintain internal operations. This investment delivers significant cost reductions and efficiencies by providing CTP with the automated processes to administer facilities, budgets, human capital data and other management functions. Without automated internal solutions CTP would rely on time-consuming offline management functions that would jeopardize their ability to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and legislative mandates found in the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. In addition to providing the automated internal management capabilities, this investment provides the means to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of numerous CTP operations, leading to more informed management decisions.
