The purpose of this investment is to distinguish spending that is being used for Administrative work that is done as overhead from work that is being done to implement CFSAN mission critical goals & initiatives. The main goal of creating this investment is so that we can properly track the cost of the overhead work that is rarely funded specifically so that we can show the percentage of the IT budget that must be used to maintain the processes to keep the offices running outside of implementing initiatives. Because a lot of these applications use like processes there is also the possibility of finding cost savings by identifying duplications within the investment. The applications in this investment track employee time on different projects, help with the processing of new personnel, travel, space management, establishing approval process for funding of new projects & managing the processes of rolling out new initiatives. Key Stakeholders of this investment are leadership in OM & OCD.
