Description
SOAR is a system supporting the FAA Office of Airports in administering planning, environmental, financial assistance programs and selected compliance functions, including the Passenger Facility Charge (PFC), Airport Improvement Programs (AIP), National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems, COVID-related airport grants and supplemental grants and in 2022 the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) program. We began work on PFC and will deploy release 1 by fourth quarter.
