In concert with the approach to discover potential solutions that will be applicable across multiple state efforts for modernizing the Unemployment Insurance (UI) program, work continues to explore, define, and validate solutions that will maximize state effectiveness. The strategic objectives described above guide the exploration of modern solutions to existing and anticipated issues in the UI space. As solutions and implementation plans are developed, return on invested dollars for development and deployment of those solutions will be calculated, tracked and reported.
