Projects: IT personnel and software development utilizing the IT ecosystem standard to initiate migration of IT applications off Notes, including a pipeline for new developers with strategic tool sets, with transitioning these resources within IT to work customer funded applications migrations. It also includes ServiceNow implementation. Risk: all categories are low, the investment continues to evolve environments for continuous improvement.
