This investment supports EM HQ's Workforce Management Office (5.13) with strategic and operational support in managing its data readiness and instilling knowledge management practices. Human Resource (HR) data within DOEInfo that includes demographics, diversity, training, retirement (e.g., everything HR related) will be utilized to develop dashboard(s) within Power Business Intelligence (BI) to develop a comprehensive workforce management strategy, implement a standardized and repeatable data assurance approach, and develop a strategy for development of high-quality tools, templates, and processes to respond to rapid response inquiries.
