This new system will give us a robust and ad-hoc management reporting capability and reduce the time it takes to prepare customer and senior leadership reports and metrics by 50%. This new system will also allow us to store our official records electronically and reduce physical storage footprint by 50% Additionally, we expect to improve our customer wait times for completing indirect cost rate proposals by 20%-25%. Further, we expect this new system will reduce OCIO and HRD hosting support costs by $100,000 annually.
