This investment provides a web-based automated system for enterprise-wide management of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Complaints Tracking Workflows from initial filing through disposition as mandated by the Congress and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Civil Rights has been managing this investment since 2004 and has recently awarded a contract (9/24/21) for a newly updated system. The new contract services will maintain the existing system and offer opportunities for improved functionality of the EEO Complaints system.
