Description
The FPS TACCOM Program is responsible for providing Land Mobile Radio (LMR) communications for FPS federal law enforcement personnel as well as and contract Physical Security Officers at over 9,000 federal facilities to protect the federal government's physical infrastructure, employees, contractors and members of the public. Program recently completed a technology refresh to include the upgrading circuits, replacing multiple models of radios, dispatch consoles as well as joint investment with ICE's TACCOM Program to save costs.
